Home… is where your story begins. That’s a sign on my office wall. For as long as I can remember, I have loved homes and houses and everything associated with them, from styles and architecture to decorating and accessorizing. I like the idea that “family” is associated with homes; the warmth and comfort, the times of sharing and the making of memories, all within a home.

In 2000, I became a realtor associate and 3 years later, a broker. Jan and her husband, George, have an adult son , Joshua who is a dentist in DuBois, Wyoming. In 2006, Jan Wagner Real Estate opened its doors for business. In September 2009, JWRE relocated to 134 5th Ave. SW on Highway 75 in Le Mars. I am pleased to say that Jody Adler, Misty Szczech & Marceta Clayppol are realtor associates and Dave Klohs a broker associate are an integral part of the JWRE Team. They have the skills and experience to serve our clients well and represent our office in a professional manner. Chris Ketelsen is our office manager and Joanie Schnepf is a part time team member.
